Short, and written to be read. Anything here you're unsure about, just ask.
Noor Labs is a trading name of Steady Rise LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16153084. Registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For anything about your data, use the contact form and it comes straight to Sami. We are the data controller for this website.
The contact form and the enquiry form ask for your name, your email or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. That reaches us by email through a service called Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else.
We use those details to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to do the work and keep records HMRC requires. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with anyone for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within a year.
If you agree to it, Google Analytics sets a cookie that counts your visit and tells us which pages people read and roughly which part of the country they're in. It does not tell us who you are, and we have turned off the advertising parts of it.
Nothing is set until you say yes. If you say no, nothing is stored and any analytics cookie already there is deleted. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie choice link in the footer of every page.
Your choice itself is remembered in your own browser, so the banner doesn't pester you on every page. That sits on your device and never reaches us.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security records of requests to the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Forms go through Web3Forms. Analytics is Google Analytics, and only after you agree. That is the full list, and every one of them is a normal part of how websites work rather than anything we do with your details.
To build your site we need your business details, photos and the words you want on it. All of that is yours. Your domain is registered in your name and your accounts are created for you, so if you ever leave, everything goes with you.
On the care and growth plans we look at your visitor numbers and your Google search figures each month and send you a summary. Those are about how your site performs, not about individual people.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message through the contact form and we'll sort it within a month, usually far sooner.
If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right. We're one person and we answer our own email, so it rarely takes more than a day. For completeness, everyone in the UK also has the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office, but we'd much rather hear from you first.
If what we do changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 19 July 2026.
