Your proposal gives the date for your preview. Building is the quick part: once we have your photos and details, things move fast, and you see progress on your preview link as it happens.

Not in the first year: your hosting is included. After that, your site moves onto the plan you choose: Hosting to keep it running, or Care and Care Plus to have your changes made for you.

Very little. Fill in one short form and send your photos, and we do the rest. Where Google or your bank needs you in person, like a quick video check or a code sent to your phone, we walk you through it on WhatsApp.

Not at all. Most of our customers aren't, and they never need to be. We handle the technical side and talk you through anything that needs you, one step at a time.

That's what it's built for. Every site is set up so Google understands what you do and where you work, and Get found puts you on Google Maps with a profile customers can review. On a Care plan you see how many people found you each month.

A Starter site has three pages. A Business site has as many as your business needs: home and contact, plus pages for your services, the areas you cover, your gallery, reviews and the questions customers ask. We'll suggest the right set in your proposal.

Not on a Business site: we write them from your notes. On a Starter site the words come from your form as you write them, or we can write them for you.

For 30 days after launch, if anything isn't working as it should, we put it right straight away. After that, a Care plan means you WhatsApp us a new price, new hours or a new photo and it's done, usually within a working day. Growing? New pages and features are added whenever you need them.

Noor Labs is run from London and works with small businesses all over the UK. Everything happens on WhatsApp and email, so wherever you are, you get the same service.
