Fixed fees wherever the work allows, published here. Where a matter can't be fixed in advance, you get a written estimate and we stop for instructions before exceeding it. Every time.
For estimated work you receive the hourly rate (£240 plus VAT for a solicitor, £150 plus VAT for a paralegal), a cap, and monthly statements. We stop and ask before the cap, never after it.
Our fee, VAT and the usual third-party costs, so the number you see is the number you pay. Stamp duty is an estimate using the current rates for England.
